1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Online Lotto Raffle platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Eligibility

To use our Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be physically located in the Province of Ontario, Canada
• Not be an excluded person as defined in our Official Rules
• Provide accurate and complete registration information

3. Account Registration

When you create an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

4. Ticket Purchases

All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable. By purchasing tickets, you acknowledge that:

• You meet all eligibility requirements
• You understand the odds of winning are based on total tickets sold
• You accept the Official Rules governing the raffle
• You consent to the use of your name and likeness if you win

5. Raffle Rules

All raffle activities are governed by our Official Rules, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the Official Rules, the Official Rules shall prevail.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Online Lotto Raffle and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use the Service to purchase tickets on behalf of ineligible persons

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Online Lotto Raffle, its directors, employees, partners, agents, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
